COMPRESSOR
The sacs compactor can be connected on the side of a rigid enclosure, flexible enclosure , sacs emptying hopper. The device is completely closed and the compacted sacs will be compressed inside a continuous liner.
The compacting arms will grip the empty sacs and move it in the direction of the continuous liner. The movement of the compacting arms ensure that no permanent friction occurs between the sacs and the metallic parts of the device. Sacs containing temperature sensible product will not risk to warm up during the compacting process.
Containment process until OEB 5.
Sacs emptying process where a big quantity of sacs must be disposed.
Applicable in ATEX zone
The compactor is equipped with WIP nozzles.
