Mobile and compact solution for powder mixing with liquids.
This modular system consists of the PST Injector and the VTR homogenizer.
- This modular solution is the smartest way to mix powders directly with liquids
- Used as alternative or complement to the conventional mixing methods, providing very high efficiency in continuous or batch processes, allowing powder dissolution, even for very high viscosity liquids, mixing of solid suspensions with liquids or liquid/liquid mixing
- Connection of the EZ BioPac® or another transfer bag to the powder discharge connection
- The PST accelerates le liquid, creating a jet which will generate high vacuum inside the injection chamber
- Opening of the powder valve
- Powder suction particle by particle and mixing
- After the complete discharge of the EZ BioPac®, a CIP can be performed in order to avoid any product loss
