Storage of crystal melting substances
JetSolutions SA offers propose storage solutions for different kind of materials (stainless steel, Swiss wood, polyester, PE, concrete, …) and for volumes according to your needs and possibilities. We manufacture silos from 4 until over 1'000 m3. Due to the emptying technologies of these silos they can be used from completely manually execution until fully automated. We propose automatic weighing solutions in order to exactly follow up the distributions. Optionally we propose systems controlling the attendance of the truck in order to prevent bad manipulations.
The height of this truck is programmed and a telescopic sleeve can automatically be placed at the right height during loadings.
Storage and preparation of brine
JetSolutions SA proposes solutions for brine preparation; the capacities are around a range of over 20 m3 per hour. It is possible to get installations where the storage, the dilution and the preparation of brine can be combined. We are installing automatic salt withdrawal systems on the storage silos in order to prevent the carriage and to work according to automatic mode
System for adding calcium
In order to be prepared for low temperatures, JetSolutions SA proposes the adjunction of a silo fitted with a dosing screw for calcium, enabling to mix the calcium into the salt during filling of the trucks. As a result the mixing will get more homogeneous and the roads can be treated more efficiently.
This system can optionally be connected with the production of brine in order to prepare brine of calcium.
Hopper for emptying of the trucks
In order to receive bulk salt JetSolutions SA proposes dumping hopper that can be installed inside the building. The trucks can roll across the hopper for discharging the salt. The main functions are as follows:
- Filling of the bulk salt hall by tracks and automatic distribution in the salt hall by means of a cyclone system
- Transfer from this dumping hopper into to external silos
- Transfer into the calcium silos
- Extraction of the melting substances for the production of brine by means of a feeding screw
Pneumatically transport
JetSolutions SA is specialized in any kind of pneumatically transports. For the systems of winter viability we propose specific transport systems for salt and calcium. Each installation is different and needs a separate detailed study. Call us!
Automation
Our engineers are focussing the market demand for more than 20 years and have developed a « state of the art » concept for the installation management based on the specific needs of our customers. With the knowledge that these installations are used under difficult working conditions (the weather conditions are rarely good) we provide automation systems meeting the needs of the most discerning industries.
Our installations are able to detect the truck to be loaded and are recording the required melting substances (allowing to create lists for the re-invoicing, reports of use per area, …). The truck driver can operate the closing valve of the silo through a remote control. The filling of the truck can be supervised by means of a video system installed in the truck.
Visualisation and Remote maintenance
Every installation can be operated from a computer by means of a remote control. The responsible controller is simultaneously informed about the functioning of the installation and knows who the user is. Reports are automatically recorded.
These screens can optionally be retrieved via remote control. For the most important information’s there is a retrieval system for mobile phones available.
Optionally it is possible to connect to the« Salt Manager » system in order to communicate directly with the saline.
We are proposing a remote maintenance service for all our installations. This service enables us to improve the reaction time in case of breakdown or in case of handling problems. We propose different contracts to ensure the perfect function of your installations.
Maintenance / after-sales service
As soon as the winter came to an end our technicians can conduct a global preventive control of the installation and take note of the different repairs that will be carried out during the visit before the following winter period. At the occasion of this second visit just before the new winter season all the functionalities will be tested and several parameter adjustments can be realized in accordance with the manager of the facility and a short user update can be organized.
